Keith S. Harbison
In 1992 Keith founded Harbison Corporation with the acquisition of a small blow molding company with revenue of approximately $4.5M. Since its inception, Harbison Corporation (under the operating company name, Pretium Packaging LLC) acquired eleven companies making it one of the largest plastic bottle manufacturers in North America. Pretium Packaging is a full service manufacturer of plastic bottles and closures for the personal care, pharmaceutical, food, household chemical and agricultural chemical markets. The company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, operates twelve manufacturing facilities from southern California through the Midwest and Northeast and Canada. At the time of its sale in 2010 to a private equity firm, the revenues of the company had reached approximately $230M. During his tenure with Pretium, Keith had served as Chairman, CEO and President. Prior to forming Harbison Corporation, Keith was involved in commercial real estate development, building office buildings for tenants such as IBM, Citicorp, Southwestern Bell and Hewlett Packard. Keith was a co-founder, officer and director of Com-Link 21, a long distance resale company which was sold to MCI WorldCom. Mr. Harbison graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Texas Christian University
William F. Holekamp
Bill retired from Enterprise Rent a Car Company as its Executive Vice-President after a 25 year career which included management roles over most of the different operating and administrative departments of the company. He was founder and President of its Southern California corporation, and head of expansion into Canada, United Kingdom, and Germany. When Bill started the California operations, revenues for his territory were approximately $2,500,000. When he returned to St. Louis to take on corporate responsibilities, Bill had grown his territory to approximately $300,000,000. During Bill’s tenure, Enterprise expanded to 200 times its original size and became the largest rent a car company in North America. He served as Board President for the California Car and Truck Rental and Leasing Association and as board member for the American Car Rental Association. Prior to Enterprise, Bill served in product management for the Boise Cascade Corporation and business development for Penske Corporation. Bill graduated from Dartmouth College Cum Laude with a BA in Economics with distinction, and from the Wharton School of Finance with an MBA in Management Information and Control.
Eugene M. Toombs
Gene is Chairman Emeritus of MiTek, Inc. and MiTek Industries, Inc. based in Chesterfield, Missouri. Prior to scaling back his activities in 2012, he was Chairman, President and CEO from 1993. MiTek is the world’s leading supplier of engineered connector products, engineering services and design software for the building components industry with operations on six continents serving primarily residential construction markets. Beginning in 2006, MiTek has expanded globally into commercial, industrial and institutional building markets. Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc. purchased a controlling interest of MiTek in July 2001. Gene and his executive team retained a minority share. Since 2001, MiTek has consummated 37 acquisitions which has grown the company dramatically to over $1 Billion in revenue. He was President and Chief Operating Officer from 1991 – 1992. Gene joined MiTek in 1989 as a Corporate Vice President and Divisional CEO. At the time he joined the predecessor company in 1989, revenues were approximately $300 Million. Gene's prior experience includes officer and general management positions at Sonoco Products Company and Boise Cascade Corporation. Presently, he is an investor and director of a building and renovation business as well as sits on the boards of both for profit and not for profit enterprises. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Executive Education Degree from Harvard Business School.
